What inspires you about your work currently?

MFO has a terrific team of people and I am honored to work with them. We are all dedicated to improving the well-being of low-income consumers globally by supporting their efforts to gain control of their financial lives. This is such important work given the recent history of a deep recession caused by a financial system that seemed to care little about the well-being of ordinary people.

How do you think outside the box in your current role?

I like to solve problems for people (and for myself!), as problem-solving inspires my creativity.
